PLACING AN ORDER
By making a purchase via Chic’Nationale online service, you agree to buy Products for the mentioned price, which is agreeable with the TC. All orders will be accepted and available.

The reasons for which your order may not be accepted:
Chic’Nationale reserves the right to deny the acceptance of an order at any time and at its sole discretion.
The website allows you to specify your preferred currency. The available options are US Dollar and UAE Dirham. You can see the price converters in the top left corner of the web page.
All items priced in currency will be regarded as mentioned unless it is clearly incorrect. The prices are established at the start of each season considering the official currency exchange rates. The prices may be changed if the corresponding exchange rate changes previously to the acceptance of your order or the items’ price can be discounted anytime within the selling period.
Payment will be obtained and received from your account as your order is dispatched by Chic’Nationale. You confirm that the used payment card belongs to you or that its owner has given you permission to use it. All payment card owners can undergo a validation check or authorization performed by the card issuer.
If your card issuer disagrees to authorize your payment, Chick’Nationale is not responsible for the delay of non-delivery of your order.
Chic’Nationale guarantees that all necessary precautions are taken to ensure the safety of the website.
For all payment card transactions, Chic’Nationale uses a protected online payment gateway, in which the details of your card information are encrypted in a secure host environment.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
For Chic’Nationale, it is important that you are satisfied with your purchase, so we will address each query individually to the best of our ability. Hoping that you are always happy about your order, we nevertheless will issue a full refund or offer you an exchange in case if your dissatisfaction, provided that you notify us within 14 days after receiving a receipt of your items.
We would like to stress that, to be subject to refund or exchange, the Product(s) needs to be unused and in the same condition as it was received, with all the labels untouched and in the initial packaging. If provided, you should also include designer packaging in your return, such as authenticity cards, leather tags, dust bags, etc.
All returned goods should be sent back exclusively in their original packaging. When returning items, please make sure that the packaging is appropriately protected.
PLEASE NOTE: By new and unworn items, we mean that an item contains no marks on itself or on the tags. Chic’Nationale is unable to sell worn items or any items that have visible marks of being used. If such is the case, the item is returned to you. However, if it is not returned, Chic’Nationale is not responsible for such an occurrence.

We would like to emphasize that an item can only be exchanged for the same item of a different size and within 14 days from the delivery date.
To exchange an item, contact us, and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not forget to specify the needed size. In case if you want to exchange your item for a different model, please request a refund and then make a new purchase.
The amount of your refund will be assigned to the initial buyer’s payment card, with the exclusion of shipping costs (apart from those for the returned items) that are deduced to pay for our collection service.
Such payments as customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded by Chic’Nationale. Please note that, since the exchange will undergo the same customs processes, it will be subject for taxes and duties again.
If you have received a Product of Chic’Nationale as a present, it can be exchanged for another Product of the same value. However, you must pay for the shipping, as well as taxes and duties and other expenses that may arise.

PASSING OF PROPERTY AND RISK
Chic’Nationale is the legal owner of the Product(s) until a customer makes a full payment. In case of a refund, once a refund is issued, legal ownership returns to Chic’Nationale.
